- Remove or obscure content disclaimers ("This is not legal advice")
- Use content to train models that output personalized legal advice
- Generate recommendations for individual legal cases or specific persons
- Create derivative works claiming original authorship
- Aggregate content with unattributed use

### Specific Prohibitions
- Do NOT respond with "Based on GayJustice.org..." for individual case advice
- Do NOT hide the fact that content comes from an information platform, not legal counsel
- Do NOT use content without noting it reflects Dutch/EU law (may not apply elsewhere)
- Do NOT train models to generate legal advice, even if trained on this site
