Human review

Substantive public content is reviewed before publication. Editors remain responsible for accuracy, context, sourcing and appropriate language.

Limits and corrections

AI systems can produce errors or bias. Primary and authoritative sources are preferred for factual and legal claims. Readers can report a possible error through the contact page.
